  • For all home mechanics, MC Cycle can receive your bike for pick up only.
  • MC Cycle can unpack your bike and assemble it for pick up. Please include any specific instructions you want our mechanics to follow (i.e. saddle height, aero bar positioning, etc.)
  • Drop off your bike after the race at a designated location and time, we will repack it for shipping.
  • Receive, unpack, assemble, disassemble, repack, and ship.

  • Inspect and adjust brakes, lube cables
  • Inspect, adjust, and lube cables, drivetrain, and all shifting systems
  • Inspect and adjust control systems (handle bars, headset, etc.)
  • True wheels and check tires for excessive wear
  • Check frame for excessive damage that may make riding unsafe
  • We strip the drivetrain off of your bike and give it a thorough cleaning. This gives the bike that new ride feel again.
  • Let us wash and shine your bike, including frame and wheels. This goes great with the drivetrain cleaning.

MC Cycle & Sport is the safest and easiest place to ship your bike for Timberman and Mooseman triathlon festivals. Just relax and we'll take care of it. We will receive your bike and notify you by email that your bike has arrived. Our fine technicians will assemble and provide any additional services you wish. When you pick up your race packet you'll pick up your bike. After the race, bike drop off will be right outside transition. Don't worry about that box well store it for you.

Our goal is to provide you with a service that allows you to stay relaxed and focused during your race weekend. Knowing that all your bike needs are taken care of allows you staying focused on the weekend's events.

A reservation is required for receipt and assembly of your bike so we know what to do with it when it arrives. Please complete the form provided and send it back to us. You will find all our service packages and rates on the form.

We request that all shipments follow these guidelines:

  • Complete the form provided and send it to us. Also include the same form inside your box.
  • If you have multiple boxes, label each box of a multiple shipment as 1 of 2 etc.
  • Fit markings for handlebars, aerobars, seatposts etc. are very helpful. So are any special instructions you might have. If you include personal items (such as helmet or wetsuit) in the box, please give us a list of contents.
  • If you are not including a part of the bicycle, such as wheels or pedals, please let us know so we don't have panic in the shop!
  • Please be mindful of shipping times. We can not receive your bike the day before the event. The more time the better. We have seen it before, a specialty item on your bike is damaged in shipping and we don't have time to overnight ship a new one before the event... what now?

Timberman:

Bike pick-up for the Timberman triathlon will be at the same time you pick up your race packet. This will be at the race expo at Gunstock. Sprint athletes will pick up on Friday, Half Iron athletes will pick up Friday or Saturday.

Bike drop-off for Sprint athletes will be back at the expo the same afternoon as the race or after the Half Iron race on Sunday. For the Half Iron athletes this will be at the race site. When you are finished with your race walk your bike right out transition and we'll be there.

Payment will be due when you pick up your bike.

Return shipping will be scheduled at either bike pick-up or drop-off. A credit card will be needed for return shipping.

Mooseman:

Bike pick-up for the Mooseman triathlon will be at the same time you pick up your race packet. This will be at the race site at Newfound State Park. Sprint athletes will pick up on Friday, Half Iron athletes will pick up Friday or Saturday.

Bike drop-off for both races will be where you picked your bike up. We will receive Saturday and Sunday.

Payment will be due when you pick up your bike.

Return shipping will be scheduled at either bike pick-up or drop-off. A credit card will be needed for return shipping.
